Born in 1955, Patrick Moya belongs to the artistic generation of Figuration Libre, modern French painting and artists such as Keith Haring or Jean-Michel Basquiat. As an all-round talent he made a name for himself on Multimedia and other branches, too. His "Generation Casimir" set standards for the so-called "Techno-Dolly-Parties".
Since 1998 he has been signing his works with a little figure inspired by Pinocchio which is intended to be a caricature of the artist himself. The famous "School of Nice" represented by renown artists such as Klein, Arman or César lives on in his art. Throughout the world his work is present in numerous personal exhibitions especially in Europe, Northern America and Asia.
