MODERN ART SILKROAD

MODERN ART SILKROAD at the ART CENTER BERLIN Seven Ambassadors of the countries Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan are supporting an Asia and Europe connecting Modern Art Exhibition at the ART CENTER BERLIN.
The project shows works of ten artists starting 25th May til 17th June 2007 in the exhibition MODERN ART SILKROAD which starts in Berlin and will be continued in Tokyo, Paris, Istanbul, Rom and Zurich.
The Spirit of the legendary Silkroad will be transported into modernity. Along the old trade routes which connected the cultures of the Orient and the Occident, from Central Asia to the Black Sea, a new bond of artistical and cultural interchange comes into being.
